Signs that you should quit your job
You are not excited by your current job? Relax, you're not alone! On the contrary, studies show that from 3 employees 1 is decided to leave current job and the 2nd would be willing to go for a much higher offer. But this dissatisfaction is not always finalized with a resignation.
On the contrary, many unhappy workers keep the same job for a long period of time. A huge mistake, say experts in human resources.
In their view a employee without motivation will do damages to company and will find a job much harder when he quit his job.
To not be in the same situation, I prepared 8 cases where resignation should be a reasonable solution:
1. Illness
If stress has come to harm you, you are anxious, depressed, have trouble sleeping or are you always irritable, then should you consider resignation.
2. Values
You work in a successful company and have an enviable career. But that should not interfere between you and your values. If you believe that the company's products affect the lives of others in any way and the environment, then you better quit.
3. Motivation
There is no point to keep a position which does not motivate you and you will not ever bring an emotional win.
4. No promotion
The only solution to reach above is to wait until the "disappearance" of a superior? Then you better wait in another company until the "event" will take place.
5. Ignorance
Your manager seems to be the incarnation of the sun and you are one tiny planet lost in the cosmos? Then you should change the galaxy and to show that things do not revolve around him.
6. Worry
Your friends and family always tell you that "something is wrong with you" or "you're not like a few months ago, and you know it has to do with your job? When you know better what you have to do!
7. Issues
The company you work for has financial problems or with the law? I don't tell you to leave if the boat it sinks, but ... if is the only solution, better do it!
8. Displeasure
