Your career: it is or not what you wanted ?

You work for several years and have not yet reached a position that you want? Do you think this thing will happen in the near future or you give up your dream? We tell you to re-evaluate your career and to take into account some of our advice.
 
Among the many problems caused by the financial crisis it seems that there are positive side of this mini-financial disaster: re-evaluating their positions until the present moment.
 
Now, increasingly more employees realize how important it is to have a competent employer. Thus it would the case to re-evaluate your opportunities and to make sure that in a position that offers you financial and professional satisfaction.
 
1. Clarify your target
 
You want to be interior designer, but work as a sales manager? I think it's something wrong with you? It would be better to focus your energy to achieve the target that you want, not to deal with tasks that you do not understand.
 
2. Daily schedule
 
Until you find the liked job, you should go to good end current obligations. So you'd better make a timetable in which to solve what you have to do. In this way, when you make a career move, you will not be forced to resume these actions.

3. Time for research
 
Give daily a few minutes to look over job offers or your field of reference. As you know more about the area in which you work, the more will be easier to take a different function or to receive a promotion.

You don not have to show the employer that you no longer supports the current job you have, on the contrary show him that you can face the challenges of the current post and you can do more. In this way you could reach another step in your career.
 
5. Potential discussions
 
Keep an agenda in which to write contacts that may become useful, discuss with business partners and set up meetings with them. In this way will be much easier to find a better job.
 
6. Part-time program
 
Increasingly more companies allow employees to take jobs in parallel to help them achieve higher financial gain. 
 
7. Positive attitude
 
Re-evaluation of your career should not be overshadowed by dark thoughts or attitudes of this kind. You need to think on cold and take decisions that match your plans in terms of career, that and nothing more.
