How do I choose a good employer ?

Whether you are young graduates or we are experienced, all we are trying to identify a company profile in which we put the potential and develop as professionals.
The starting point is the knowledge, at least in the areas of interest and our suitability to the skills and personal competencies. In this way, your efforts will be directed, and your actions will be precise. Depending on the personality profile and personal expectations you have towards a job or company, you can go by certain criteria to search an organization to meet your needs.

One of these criteria could be attractive organization as a potential employer . This refers both to the development of company profits or results, and the orientation towards their employees, thus obtaining a higher degree of their satisfaction and lasting results. Employees who are not well treated will not be effective nor productive.

Also, we tend to choose certain companies where personal values are in accordance with the organization and can we identify with them. Many of us, measures the level of attractiveness of a company and salary package offered and promotion opportunities.

Here comes another criterion - the motivation to work within that organization. When your job has an established purpose and meets your wishes, it can release a huge productive and creative force.

You are motivated when job gives you the opportunity to use your skills and strengths, and your contributions do not go unappreciated. Do not expect to receive a salary raise every year just because you spend any time and you manage to show up for work every day. Many companies have adopted the rule not to increase wages until the employee do not increase the contribution to the company's financial results.

Also, are you motivated when you're encouraged to feel free and to get involved. Here are involved the organization's policies or practices, whether to encourage the establishment of flexible limits enough so that an employee to take responsibility and use their strengths. The traditional hierarchical claimed control and order, obedience, and a well structured series of practices, that left little room for expressing personal creativity.

Today, however, the gap between employee and education can be an obstacle to success. On the contrary, access to certain data (once considered confidential) and development plans and strategies, financial information and best practices of competition gives you, as an employee, a privileged position of trust and you can mobilize to seek creative solutions to problematic issues in the organization.

Whether you are a dynamic, proactive, you assume responsibility over their own projects and judgments, even you may prefer collaboration and teamwork, it would be advisable to steer you to those companies who value, encourage and develop your qualities.
